The Green Swamp Power Smoothie

A refreshing and nutrient-packed smoothie perfect for an energy boost.


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1 teaspoon SEVA Spirulina powder (or 1 pod of Fresh, Frozen Spirulina)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
